CADAVER CONFESSIONS

MASSACRE! is the tale of the greatest massacre in the history of the United States a little known Sioux uprising against settlers in Minnesota, year 1862.  It has remained buried under the specter of the Civil War.

Hundreds and possibly thousands of settlers were slaughtered like animals.  The exact number is not known because whole families, towns, even entire counties were completely wiped out.

The facts easily match and then exceed any fiction.

FRONTIER EPIC  A western epic following the intertwined lives of several characters.  Get to know Elija, a savage but lonely mountain man who finds a 10-year-old indian girl abandoned to die alone, and Geraldine, an innocent 13 year-old girl who finds herself forced to survive alone in the harsh and unforgiving wilderness.   Follow a young Indian Chief on the run with his tribe and also the disgraced Cavalry Officer bent on catching them.  There is Elija's long-lost brother who kidnaps his true love, and four merciless outlaws who kill without remorse.  And there is Virginia, a bald-headed woman hiding her affliction far from civilization. Nestor and Wiley, two lawmen, thread through the story as they pursue and are pursued.  Many more characters, some bad, some good appear and reappear.

My first and only attempt at first-person writing turned out to be a rather short novel, but dammit, I like it a lot.

WALKER'S MISSION

THE MULE SKULL TREASURE

CADAVER CONFESSIONS  John Tucker is the forensic pathologist in Tucson, Arizona in the 1990's.  Thousands of autopsies have left their mark on him, but he is driven to find the truth for the dead.  His best friend, Barney, is a lead detective with the P.D. and together they seek retribution for the crimes committed on the unfortunate forensic 'customers'.  A sudden mass killing of illegal border-crossers has them stumped, and we follow every lead with them as they try to track down the guilty.
